On the 16^th February we will stage Merseyside's second largest auction since October 2008.

The catalogue comprises 97 properties from across Merseyside including a mix of vacant and tenanted residential properties, commercial sites, redevelopment opportunities, and land.

The event will take place on the 16^th February at 12noon at the Marriott Hotel in Queen Square, Liverpool City Centre.
