Sutton Kersh, Liverpool’s leading independent estate agency, has started the New Year with a bang, with the introduction of late night opening at its Allerton Road branch.

The firm’s flag ship office, which already opens 7 days a week, will now open until 7.00pm every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with immediate effect.

Branch director, Alex Dixon said: ‘This is great news for our vendors. Their property will benefit from additional exposure, as well as giving potential buyers even more opportunity to discuss a particular property, or arrange a viewing, at a time convenient to them.’

Meanwhile, Sutton Kersh celebrates its 37^th anniversary this year.
