More than 100 properties from all over the UK - including a Welsh seaside retreat - will be going under the hammer at Sutton Kersh’s next auction in Liverpool.
The lots going up for auction on September 13 include properties in Birmingham, Greater Manchester, Cumbria, Abersoch and Wolverhampton, as well as the Liverpool region. Cathy Holt, associate director of Sutton Kersh, said: “We’re excited for this next auction, as we’ll be bringing a really diverse range of lots to the table.
“Selling properties from as far as Birmingham and Wolverhampton shows the commitment of our staff to pull in the best lots from across the UK, and it’s great to be able to offer Liverpool-based bidders a wide selection of potential properties.”
Auction-goers at the Marriott Hotel in Queen Square, Liverpool will be able to bid for a huge variety of lots - including four plots of land.
Lot 3, a three-bedroom detached bungalow boasting sea and mountain views in Abersoch, with a guide price of £360,000, is expected to generate strong interest.
Lot 82 offers bidders the rare opportunity to purchase a detached property with a courtyard garden in the University District of Liverpool which, until recently, has been used as offices. Now, the property invites a number of potential uses; whether that’s for a single dwelling or multiple-occupied student accommodation, the future tenant can decide.
There will also be properties for commercial buyers, with Lot 92 offering two separate commercial units in Bootle, with a guide price of £70,000. The warehouse buildings would be suitable for a variety of uses, and Katie Donohue, Senior Valuer at Sutton Kersh, said: “We’re very intrigued to see what happens with this lot, as the units offer a lot of creative potential for commercial investors – watch this space!”
