James Kersh has been appointed Managing Director at Sutton Kersh. James has worked for Sutton Kersh for over 20 years within their commercial and auctions departments. James Kersh commented;  ‘I am delighted to have been offered this position within the family business and to be given the opportunity to follow in my father’s footsteps. With Paul Sutton now standing as Group Chairman, and the invaluable experience I have gained from my father, Stewart Kersh, which  provides an excellent grounding for the role.’’

Sutton Kersh has been established for nearly 40 years, specialising in residential sales and lettings, auctions, commercial and surveys and valuations. They are now also providing a specialist service of Lease enfranchisement.
 
Stewart Kersh (James’ father) originally set up the business which was  based on Stanley Street in Liverpool. It has since branched out, not only covering the city centre but the whole of Liverpool, and is continuously growing in both market share and the number of staff.
 
“We have many plans to extend and improve our services, We will continue to invest in our people and have already made two strategic acquisitions this year in our Valuation and Professional services department and our Auction team” said James Kersh.
 
Last year Sutton Kersh sold over 1524 properties through residential sales and auctions, let over 520 properties and sold and let over 112 commercial properties, and are looking to further  their success throughout Liverpool  this year.
