Two former Welsh banking halls are going under the hammer in Sutton Kersh's March property auction.

Both properties are suitable for redevelopment: one is an 18^th century building in Llandovery, Dyfed, with a guide price of £145,000. The other building is in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park in Blaenau Ffestiniog, Gwynedd, with a guide price of £45,000.
