Sutton Kersh held another busy auction this week, two days after Halloween.
The Merseyside property auction house offered 113 lots to a standing room. Twenty lots were sold prior to the auction raising more than £1.5 million.
Cathy Holt, Associate Director at Sutton Kersh, said: 'We've got one more auction left before the turn of the year, and if we keep performing like this, 2017 will be our best year to date.
'We raised over £6 million and sold 75% of the catalogue! There were certainly no tricks in this week's catalogue, just treats!’
Hot lots:
Lot 11: Eventually selling for £550,000 this Liverpool city centre Georgian town house caught the attention of a group of bidders. The property had a guide price of £500,000.
Lot 37: This three-bed end terrace property on Fieldton Road, Liverpool, sold for £56,500, off an original guide price of £40,000.
Lot 48: This property in St. Helens received a lot of attention from in the room and in the phone. The property sold for £48,000 - £35,000 over its guide price.
Lot 70: This two-bed middle terraced property sold for £38,500 – more than £10,000 above it's guide price.
Lot 92: A favorite amongst bidders, 71 Grasmere Street finally sold for £50,000.
Lot 129: A two-bed middle terrace property in Warrington sold for £61,000.
Lot 132: 20 Thirlstane Street sold for £110,000 - £20,000 above it's guide price.
