Every Thursday, between 1-7pm, a qualified mortgage advisor will be on hand at the company’s new city centre office, located on Exchange Street East, to offer financial advice without appointment.
Manager of the city centre office, Phil Lawton, said: “It is important that people seek financial advice when considering purchasing property.
"In this day and age of long demanding work schedules, people find it difficult to find an appointment that fits in with their day.
"By offering an Open House surgery we are providing people with the flexibility to drop in at a time that suits them."
