The area’s leading letting agent received an instruction to market the property on Belle Vue Road in L25 on Friday and by the following Monday morning a deal had been agreed at the full asking price of £699 per calendar month.

‘We set up viewings on Saturday morning, the first tenant who came through the door made an offer which the landlord was pleased to accept and we finalised the paperwork on Monday.’
The level of interest and the speed by which the letting was agreed is a further demonstration of the buoyancy in the Liverpool rental market according to Mrs Corran.
