Property letting and management is plain sailing for a member of the Armed Forces, thanks to the help of a Liverpool letting agent.

Lieutenant John-Paul J Fitsgibbon, an Officer in the Royal Navy, uses the Allerton & South Liverpool letting department at Sutton Kersh to manage his property when he is out of the country on operational duties.

Lt. Fitsgibbon RN said: 'As a Naval Officer I am away 2an awful lot, which makes it impossible for me to manage my property effectively.

The property is located on Ashfield Road in L15 and has recently been let at £550pcm.
