£40 million in property sales for 2015

Sutton Kersh looks set to sell close to £40 million of property during 2015, pointing to a sturdy recovery in the City Region market.

So far this year the auctioneers have sold more than £33million of property with one auction left, on December 10th.

Held at the Crowne Plaza, the auction included some properties selling for double the recommended guide price.

Among the lots going under the hammer at the Crowne Plaza hotel, Princes Dock is a substantial three storey detached Georgian style property in a conservation area between Princes Gate West and Ullet Road, close to Liverpool city centre.

Sutton Kersh have recently sold the iconic and prime site on Queens Drive that has been home to the Merseyside Society for Deaf People for 30 years. The site will be being redeveloped by Simons Developers.
