Sutton Kersh will hold its next property auction on Thursday 18^th July at the Liverpool City Centre Marriott Hotel. This is the fourth auction in a row where the leading Merseyside property auctioneer has attracted over one hundred lots.

A total of one hundred and three lots will go under the hammer subject to those withdrawn and sold prior. Guide prices start from £5,000-£10,000 for a one-bedroomed flat on Deane Road in Kensington which will be offered as Lot 15.

The auction market has performed strongly so far this year with a total of five hundred and sixteen lots sold on Merseyside alone. Sutton Kersh Auctions has sold two hundred and eighty nine of these lots (source EI Group 28/6/2013).
