Standout lots included the well-known Penny Lane Wine Bar and a Grade II-listed five-storey Georgian townhouse on Hope Street (pictured) which attracted more than 150 bids.
A mix of commercial and residential opportunities were on offer last week (2-3 April), with featured plots of land as well as move-in ready houses throughout Merseyside and its surrounding areas available.
Cathy Holt, associate director at Sutton Kersh Auctions, says: "As the crisis unfolded we faced uncertain times and tough decisions; do we pull the auction and let our vendors down, or can we pull off a safe and successful online auction?
"We put the feelers out to our clients and staff and were overwhelmed with the response and the support we received to take it online. We also sold a high number of properties prior to the auction, showing the demand was still strong."
Sutton Kersh Auctions saw over 200 people register to bid and went on to sell 50 properties during the 24 hours the auction was live -totalling over £4.3m in sales, with more still being finalised.
The firm is currently taking instructions for its next auction, which is set to take place on 21 May.
