Following several months of discussions, Sutton Kersh have announced the addition of Thomson and Moulton in to the Sutton Kersh Group.

The amalgamation is the latest stage of the ongoing expansion of Sutton Kersh.

The Liverpool based property agent has joined forces with Thomson and Moulton in a bid to expand it’s Management and Lettings services for both Residential and Commercial property and to further enhance their professional services in Surveys, Valuations and Expert Witness work.

Paul Sutton, a Managing Director at Sutton Kersh expressed his pleasure at having Thomson and Moulton on board:

The Sutton Kersh Group is already one of the largest independent property agents in Liverpool. Teaming up with Thomson and Moulton now gives them a market leading edge creating a Group with more than 150 years of experience in the property market.

Thomson and Moulton will continue to operate from it’s Mount Pleasant offices for the time being and the Sutton Kersh Group will, for that period, have their services available from nine branches across the City.
