Sutton Kersh auction attracts over 100 lots

Sutton Kersh has attracted 110 lots for its next property auction taking place on Wednesday, 4th September, at the Liverpool City Centre Marriott Hotel, from 12:00pm.

A former Church and three public houses are among the wide range of stock going under the hammer.

The two storey former Methodist Church at the corner of Gladstone Road and Gordon Road in Seaforth, may suit residential redevelopment, subject to consents. The guide price is £50,000 to £60,000.

Pubs include The Carisbrooke in Walton which is let on a 12 month lease at £300 per week, rising to £400 per week during the football season. The property offers private living accommodation to the upper floors and has a guide price of £50,000 to £60,000.

Elsewhere, the Larkhill public house on Larkhill Road, on the corner of Queens Drive, is guided at £80,000 to £100,000. It could suit continued use or redevelopment, subject to planning.

Meanwhile the Fountains Abbey on Walton Road, approximately two miles from the City Centre, has a guide of £55,000 plus.

Residential investment opportunities include two apartments within the Ropewalks area of Liverpool.

The one and two bedroom properties in Portside House are let by way of assured shorthold tenancies producing income of £6,600 and £8,700 per annum. The guide prices are £75,000 plus and £100,000 plus respectively.
