Sutton Kersh are looking forward to the Spring months after their strong and busy start to the year. A flurry of new instructions has resulted in a record amount of weekly sales across all 3 of their Liverpool branches.

One week in mid-February in particular saw the residential sales side of the business receive offers on property totalling over £6.2 million! When their commercial and auction property sales are added to this they sold a total of over £9 million worth of property across all departments of Sutton Kersh. This astonishing pace was also continued into March where, for example, their Allerton Road Branch in South Liverpool secured offers on property totalling close to £18 million pounds within the month.

Sutton Kersh auction department is looking forward to their up and coming Spring auction. With 132 lots available at this auction in April, it is set to be the biggest single venue auction for over 22 months in the City of Liverpool.

Their knowledge of the local market and their customer care is second to none as these results clearly show. The Liverpool market is really strong at present and we hope to continue our success throughout the remainder of the year.’

However, Sutton Kersh have not only been busy selling property but also raising money and supporting various charities. March saw the staff fundraise for Comic Relief’s Red Nose Day with a ‘Sutton Kersh Bake Off’, judged by LFC legend Alan Kennedy, and in May they will be sponsoring local charity Nugent Care’s Annual Celebrity Golf Day.
