Sutton Kersh is celebrating after winning a major property industry award.

The firm picked up the prestigious award for 'Best Agent Web Site' at the 2012 Your Move Property Awards, held in the Luthyens Crypt of Liverpool's Metropolitan Cathedral.

Judging in the keenly fought category was carried out by an independent firm and included extensive 'mystery shopping' and research.

The judges highlighted a number of features that set the Sutton Kersh site apart from the competition. These included clear and easy navigation and highly efficient property search functionality.

Reference was also made to the inclusion of 'virtual viewing', comprehensive property descriptions and the excellent use of photography to enhance the presentation of all the properties featured on the site.

The availability of other information and services which Sutton Kersh provides, such as mortgages, found favour with the judges, as did the specific and clearly identified sections for lettings, auctions and commercial property.

The Sutton Kersh web site receives more than 400,000 page views and 20,000 unique visitors every month and is a major part of the firm's overall marketing strategy.
